Job summary

You will coordinate resources, balance production capacity with material availability, and ensure targets are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

In this role you will coach and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement through 5S, visual management, and standardized work.

• Leading and supporting frontline team members in achieving daily production targets and meeting customer expectations
• Allocating and coordinating resources based on production capacity, material availability, and customer demand
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, recognizing achievement, and supporting team development
• Identifying and resolving day to day technical and operational issues while coaching employees on effective problem solving
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, production processes, and the overall production system
