Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily injection molding operations, ensure schedules, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead production personnel, foster a safety culture, and drive continuous improvement with Lean methodologies across shifts and departments.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ with Team Leaders.
• Proficient with ERP systems; IQMS preferred.
• Experience in thermoplastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, plastics, automation, and robotics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and supervision of production employees to meet schedules and quality.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate workforce planning, staffing, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Coach and develop teams and manage performance.
