Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Manager, Production Operations to drive plant-wide execution across all shifts and lines. You will translate production plans into reliable schedules, reinforce standard work, and champion continuous improvement with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead Production Managers, ensure KPI visibility, and collaborate with planning and CI/OpEx to scale best practices, while upholding company values and disciplined operational rhythms.

Qualifications

• Must lead production operations across multiple shifts and lines.
• Proven ability to implement standard work and operating rhythms.
• Fluent Spanish or strong language skills preferred for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with GMP and food manufacturing environments.
• Strong data-driven mindset for KPI tracking and root cause analysis.
• Ability to translate demand into executable schedules and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own plant-wide production execution and safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive master schedules, line sequencing, and capacity alignment to meet plan.
• Monitor and improve attainment, throughput, and labor efficiency across shifts.
• Lead Production Managers with accountability for frontline leadership and results.
• Develop and enforce standardized work across all lines and shifts.
• Collaborate with planning and CI/OpEx to scale best practices.
