Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing or related field

Responsabilités

• Supervise and motivate a team to meet quality, safety, and production targets.
• Coach hourly associates and manage performance through mentorship and training.
• Monitor production output against specifications and report improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure equipment safety and maintenance.
• Plan resources and resolve work interruptions to meet period targets.
• Train new hires on procedures and safe machine operation.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and align staffing accordingly.
