UFP Industries is seeking a Production Department Supervisor to oversee the operation of multiple production departments and shifts at our Illinois facility. You will train and develop staff, manage costs and department profitability, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, resolving production issues, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with UFP policies and safety standards.

Competenze

• Post high school education is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with 1–3 years in people management.
• Ability to set up and manage agendas with clear time frames and visual aids.
• Strong communication skills to engage employees and leaders.
