Job summary

AS Talent Advisors, LLC is recruiting a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st shift (4 10s: 5am–3pm, Mon–Thu). The role leads a team of ~25 in a state-of-the-art facility investing in automation and new production lines.

You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and overall production goals from day one with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of coaching

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to lead safety and quality initiatives.
• Experience with production scheduling and lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and ensure safety, quality, throughput, and production goals are achieved.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and accountability.
• Support cross-training initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes.
