Randstad USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, equipment, and production personnel. Lead process improvements, mentor operators, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising 6am–4pm shifts, coordinating setups, and tracking KPI performance while maintaining cost effectiveness and strong team collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading production lines and shift teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shift leadership: supervise, train, and evaluate operators; manage floor coverage.
• Oversee line setups, changeovers and startups to minimize delays and maximize output.
• Monitor daily shift KPIs; track labor and material usage; publish schedules.
• Audit output quality in real time; act to reduce downtime and waste.
• Champion safety, enforce PPE usage and clean work standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product setups and SOP updates.
• Must have screen, flexographic and lithograph experience.
