• 5 years of relevant work experience in production leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and maintains a safe work environment.
• Plans and prioritizes production activities to meet schedules.
• Supervises daily production team activities.
• Applies hands-on experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.
• Keeps records and documents of production work.
• Handles difficult personnel situations with good judgment.
• Ensures proper use of tools and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Leads and directs work for the production team.
• Manages staff selection, performance, development and training.
