Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans manufacturing operations and activities within the assigned area.
• Schedules delivery requirements, maintaining a structured workflow to meet quoted customer need dates of hardware.
• Supervises processing, fabrication, forming, machining and assembly of metallic and/or composite parts.
• Ensures compliance with aerospace quality standards, systems and processes.
• Drives continuous improvement of the assigned business and fosters collaboration with Arrowhead Departments.
