Applied Composites is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Los Alamitos, CA to coordinate daily activities and set priorities for the production team. The role provides technical guidance to resolve complex issues and ensure efficient production flow.

Key responsibilities include maintaining safety, achieving production goals, and managing staff development while applying hands-on experience across industrial electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications may substitute for education.
• Requires 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety by maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing standards.
• Plans and meets production schedules to deliver high-quality products.
• Supervises daily activities and sets production priorities.
• Applies hands-on experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, compressed gas systems, and production.
• Maintains production records and documents.
• Interacts effectively in challenging personnel situations with good judgment.
• Leads and directs work for the production team and manages staff development.
• Other duties as assigned.
