Qualifications

• Two years of supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and assign duties.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and production sequences.
• Interpret specifications and quality guidelines to workers.
• Promote flow and lean practices to reduce waste.
• Lead team meetings on performance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering to prevent recurrence of issues.
