Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; highly preferred.
• 1–5 years in fast-paced manufacturing; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees and manage performance by setting clear expectations.
• Enforce safety rules and use of PPE; maintain clean and organized work area.
• Manage employee scheduling to meet production requirements and align with plant policies.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and communication to align with plant goals and foster engagement.
• Serve as shift-to-shift communication link to ensure continuity of operations.
• Oversee movement and visibility of product through production to optimize flow.
• Schedule jobs to maximize machine and operator efficiencies and report capacity constraints.
