Job summary

Medline is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift at our Mankato, MN site to assemble, inspect and pack trays, kits and garments. You will rotate tasks on the line and ensure orders meet quality and productivity targets.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Overtime may be required; Medline offers a competitive benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
• Fluently speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and bend/twist/reach.
• Work well with others to meet production goals.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and sort materials; process work orders.
• Assemble trays, kits, or packages per specifications; rotate tasks.
• Operate embroidery machines and process garments if required.
• Measure, fold, pack finished goods; inspect for defects.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety rules.
