Job summary

Medline is seeking an entry level production worker to assist in the production and packaging of component trays, kits, and other packages for customer orders. Tasks include assembling, inspecting, and preparing goods for shipping; rotating on the production line; and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling materials, packing finished goods, and operating equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
• Fluent English—reading, writing and speaking.
• Must operate a computer to locate information and print reports.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Able to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with a sense of urgency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Produce and package component trays, kits, and other packages for customer orders.
• Assemble trays, kits or packages according to specifications and rotate tasks on the line.
• Operate embroidery machines if required and process garments.
• Measure, fold, pack finished goods, and inspect for defects to meet quality standards.
• Use proper documentation and packaging materials; prepare for delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and operate production equipment safely.
• Support other departments to ensure production targets are met or exceeded.
