Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an entry-level production associate responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging component trays, kits, and other customer orders. You will perform tasks on the production line, operate basic equipment, and ensure items are prepared for shipping.

This role requires basic reading/writing, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, fluent English, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Fluent English communication.
• Team-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and sort materials for production.
• Assemble trays, kits, or packages per specifications.
• Operate embroidery machines if required.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain cleanliness.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Prepare finished goods for shipping.
