Job summary

Medline is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift at our Mankato, MN site to assemble, inspect and pack trays, kits and garments. You will rotate tasks on the line and ensure orders meet quality and productivity targets.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Overtime may be required; Medline offers a competitive benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

Performs various tasks to ensure products are assembled, inspected, and prepared for shipping.**Job Description****MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Materials and Processing: Receive, verify, and sort materials. Handle work orders and calculate material requirements. Receive, store, and process raw materials like fabrics and trims.* Order Assembly and Production: Assemble trays, kits, or packages according to specifications. Rotate between different tasks on the production line. If required, operate embroidery machines and process garments.* Measure, fold, pack finished goods. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards.* Use correct documentation and packaging materials. Pack finished goods for delivery.* Maintain and operate production equipment.
