Litania Sports Group in Champaign, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead daily manufacturing operations while promoting safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills, and act as a liaison between shop floor employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Plan and coordinate staffing, work assignments, and production schedules.
• Monitor production processes and address issues impacting quality, efficiency, or delivery.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on procedures, equipment operation, and safety.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports.
