Job summary

Ezetop LLC is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to coordinate and lead 20+ hourly workers in molding and assembly. You will develop daily production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality targets while implementing equipment and process improvements.

The role requires ensuring ISO procedures are followed, maintaining safety training, and collaborating with various internal teams to optimize workflow and space utilization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Associates degree preferred but not required; practical experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, evaluate and train 20+ hourly workers in molding/assembly.
• Develop daily schedules and ensure quality and production goals are met.
• Provide technical leadership for the department and suggested improvements.
• Analyze workforce utilization and workflow; design layouts for equipment/workspace.
• Ensure ISO procedures are followed and safety training completed.
• Maintain relationships with business units, customers and internal departments.
