Job summary

Quincy Street Inc., a division of Indiana Packers Corporation, seeks a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily production in a high-volume meat processing environment. You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and drive quality and efficiency to meet targets.

Experience leading manufacturing teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; meat processing preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and meet production targets.
• Maintain safety standards and company policies across the department.
• Provide training and coaching to team members; ensure corrective actions are followed.
• Coach and guide team members to resolve issues and sustain high morale.
• Manage production schedules and ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.
