• Ability to work in extreme hot, cold, wet, humid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of the team members in production of quality products per company criteria.
• Maintain safety standards throughout area of responsibility as required by law and policy.
• Direct and implement job-related training for all team members in the department.
• Coach and guide team members to resolve issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Create a high morale workplace with ethical standards and respect for all team members.
• Manage completion of production schedules and ensure adherence to procedures.
