Qualifications

• Clear communication up to plant managers and staff.
• Problem-solving to fix machine breakdowns and bottlenecks.
• Fair conflict resolution among crew members.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and promote safe work habits.
• Inspect goods to meet standards and fix defects.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel.
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects.
• Ensure all 5S and housekeeping standards are followed and maintained.
• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products.
• Coaches and counsels operations personnel in the assignment of duties.
• Analyzes and resolves production issues and enforces labor relations policies.
