• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects.
• Maintains 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products.
• Coaches and counsels operations personnel in the assignment of duties.
• Analyzes and resolves production issues, including enforcing labor relations policies and resolving grievances.
