Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, business or related field.
• Five+ years manufacturing leadership, multi-shift experience, P&L ownership.
• Experience leading production/production-support in lean environment.
• Experience managing schedules, labor, overtime, cost centers, and performance.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, standard work, and production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operations across three shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Own the site P&L and manage cost centers.
• Lead Production Supervisors, Team Leads, Setup Technicians, and operators.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, and HR to resolve constraints.
