Job summary

Case Paper is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in our Chicago facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-plan production throughout each shift.

You will monitor performance, enforce standard work, develop team members, and drive continuous improvement by addressing constraints, coordinating with maintenance, quality, and planning, and leading daily shift meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations experience in a union environment.
• Prior leadership experience preferred; Lean experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor floor performance and respond to issues affecting output.
• Enforce standard work and train/coach employees to build capability.
• Manage attendance, scheduling and timekeeping for assigned team.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning to achieve schedule attainment.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities and issues clearly.
