Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Lead to supervise daily shift operations, training personnel, and ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time production.

The role requires leading by example, managing workflow, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the shift. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while prioritizing workload.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel, production workflow, safety and quality.
• Operate all stations of the work center for training and troubleshooting.
• Confirm employees have been instructed on proper safety procedures.
• Assist Production Manager in handling production line personnel and workflow.
• Train new hires and transfers into the department.
• Complete shift start/end meetings to relay critical information.
• Ensure use of proper safety equipment and adherence to safety policies.
• Provide feedback to Production Manager on team performance.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety policies.
