Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• OSHA forklift license is required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Lead and train team members in performance of tasks.
• Provide direction to the team for tasks.
• Motivate team to improve quality, productivity and safety.
• Monitor and report daily department production.
• Ensure employees are trained/cross-trained on policies and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor equipment; notify maintenance as needed.
• Perform semi-complex production tasks and routine maintenance.
