I I Stanley Co., Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is hiring a Group Leader for the 1st shift to oversee daily production scheduling and overtime planning in our Automotive Lighting Design and Manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will direct and train associates, maintain production boards and quality records, and ensure compliance with company policies while occasionally working unscheduled overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate in good standing (3 or fewer attendance points).
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Overtime flexibility, including weekends.
• Molding experience.
• Proficiency with basic production documentation.

Responsabilités

• Schedule daily production.
• Schedule daily overtime to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain production boards and control charts.
• Record material usage and inputs daily.
• Monitor standard work charts; ensure accuracy.
• Train and direct other associates.
• Adhere to plant rules and policies; lead by example.
• Work overtime as needed.
