Job summary

The ideal candidate has molding experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to organize, train, and supervise teams, including overtime and weekend coverage when required.

Qualifications

• Associate in good standing (3 and under attendance points).
• Good communication skills; written and verbal.
• Leadership experience - identify problems in production and take corrective action.
• Demonstrated ability to work overtime upon request A.M. or P.M. and weekends.
• Molding experience.
• Working knowledge with PC.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and overtime based on customer requirements and store conditions.
• Maintain production records, dashboards, charts and logs; input daily production data.
• Provide direction and training to other associates; enforce plant rules and company policies.
• Monitor standard work charts and updates as needed; ensure accuracy.
• Lead by example and support overtime as required to meet deadlines.
