Qualifications

• 6+ months of assembly experience.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to fill out basic production documentation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Available for overtime, including short notice.
• Must be able to lift up to 12 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hours.
• Leadership experience with a team.
• Identify and correct production issues; follow 2S/3D procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems in the plant and take corrective action.
• Schedule daily overtime per customer needs and conditions.
• Maintain production records: boards, charts, verifications, logs.
• Monitor standard work and update verifications.
• Provide direction and training to associates.
• Lead by example and adhere to plant rules and policies.
• Work overtime on scheduled and unscheduled basis.
