Job summary

Alene Candles, a private label candle producer, seeks a Pour End Production Supervisor on 1st Shift to lead pour/end operations. You will supervise teams, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with the Pour Manager to meet schedules, train staff, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. This on-site role requires strong leadership and a commitment to 5S principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management or Business Administration; experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pour end production lines and shift staff.
• Promote safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Support Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training and cross-training of team members.
• Ensure schedules are met and communicate with maintenance on equipment issues.
