Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a Pour End Lead for the first shift in Milford, NH. The role leads the pour end line operations, coordinating team members and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 in the first paycheck, $1,000 after 90 days). Work hours are Monday–Thursday with overtime during peak season, onsite at 51 Scarborough Lane, Milford, NH.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to understand quality control methods.
• Ability to use various machines and practical skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Lead & direct all production line operators.
• Maximize line efficiency with minimal direction.
• Follow 5S guidelines to maintain clean, organized production areas.
• Ensure lines meet daily goals, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and supervisors.
• Maintain and rotate line workers for cross-training and safety.
