Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a Pack End Production Supervisor on 1st Shift at Milford, NH to lead the pack end manufacturing team with a focus on safety, quality and productivity. You will assist the Manufacturing Manager in project development, manage both permanent and temporary staff, and drive Lean initiatives, 5S and continuous improvement while meeting production schedules.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with experience in modern manufacturing methods and ERP systems

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Production Management or Business Administration required.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pack end manufacturing teams and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and manage schedules; ensure on-time completion of shifts.
• Coordinate staffing and training; support cross-training initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve efficiencies and solve issues.
• Maintain 5S standards and drive continuous improvement projects.
