Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in production.
• Preferred: supervisory experience and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line workers to meet efficiency and quality goals.
• Ensure safety and 5S compliance on the line.
• Train employees and coordinate with supervisors.
• Monitor downtime and report corrective actions.
• Perform candle making duties as needed to cover shifts.
