Alene Candles LLC and Midwest is seeking a Pour End Lead to join our Milford, NH production team. The role is on-site, involves supervising line operators, coordinating with the Pour Technician, and maintaining safety and quality on the production floor.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, knowledge of wax types, and the ability to read the Manufacturing Assembly Process.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing processes and deviations.
• Ability to operate various machines and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all production line operators.
• Ensure daily goals, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain clean, organized production area and report issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supervision to optimize line performance.
