Job summary

Snyder Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead the Rotational Molding and Assembly teams. You will supervise production activities, ensure on-time schedules, and maintain quality while driving safety and efficiency.

Applicants should have a B.S. in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management and 3–5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production in Rotational Molding and Assembly and supervise departmental activities.
• Ensure schedules are met; adjust operations to maintain cycle times and quality.
• Maintain safe working conditions and a clean, ready-to-work environment for shifts.
• Lead personnel, enforce company policies, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to optimize efficiency and reduce rejections.
