Job summary

XPO is seeking a Parts Shop Associate in Lordstown, OH. This role supports shop management and vendors, handling parts data in CMMS and processing invoices and shipments. Right from day one, you’ll contribute to cost control, inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

The position emphasizes reliability, communication, and hands-on participation in shop operations. Pay starts at $22.10/hour with full health, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays and a 401(k) option with company

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, and occasional after-hours and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between shop management, external vendors and category management
• Review, update, and make data entries related to shop cost and supply on parts in CMMS
• Communicate with vendors about preauthorized repairs including shipping parts, PO creation and closing invoices
• Inventory control including cycle counts, maintaining inventory on hand, processing core refunds
• Monitor work orders to ensure parts are checked out properly
• Monitor various reports to ensure compliance
• Create and close purchase orders
• Create Pro numbers to track shipments
• Set up invoices to be paid and coordinate with A/P for remittance
• Other tasks and responsibilities supporting the shop staff
