Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a Supervisory Mold Shop Leader to coordinate day-to-day mold operations, including injection, rotational, and composite molds. You will oversee maintenance, repair, and vendor coordination, while driving productivity and safety across the shop.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a mold shop, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a mold shop.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel and CAD/CAM tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mold shop activities and staff.
• Maintain and repair injection, rotational, and other molds; coordinate external vendors.
• Plan production schedules and optimize methods for quality and safety.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams on improvement projects.
