Qualifications

• Must be able to work continually in a refrigerated environment 35°F-45°F.
• May require overtime with or without notice.
• Completion of basic reading, writing and math skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack meat products to meet production demands.
• Operate tools and materials to process and package meat according to schedules.
• Follow Food Safety requirements and GMP standards.
• Visually inspect meat products to meet specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
