US Foods is seeking a Meat Processor in Hawthorne, CA to prepare and pack meat products to meet production demands. You will adhere to USDA safety and sanitation rules, inspect products, and maintain cleanliness in a refrigerated setting.

Shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with overtime. Must be able to work in cold environments and lift up to heavy weights as part of daily tasks. Us Foods offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Formación

• High School graduate or GED preferred with basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Production, warehouse, food processing, manufacturing, food production or food service warehouse environments preferred.
• Complete miscellaneous and other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and pack meat products to feed lines or for the next processing stage.
• Utilize tools and processes to process and package meat within scheduled times.
• Follow Food Safety requirements and GMP.
• Perform visual inspection to meet specifications.
• Meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Assist in cleanliness of general work area.
