Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 2–4 years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own test systems from concept to production use and provide sustaining support.
• Design and validate electrical and mechanical test solutions and fixtures.
• Develop custom test hardware, PCBs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Debug equipment and gather data from test systems, sensors, and DAQs.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, and Process Engineering.
• Create and maintain test documentation and calibration instructions.
• Support NPI by developing test strategies for new technologies.
