Job summary

Allegion’s Stanley Access Technologies in Greenfield, IN is seeking a First Shift Production Supervisor to lead a 40-50 person team on a 5am-3:30pm shift with Saturdays as needed. You will oversee daily operations, safety and quality, and drive on-time production.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma with 3+ years of supervisory experience and a proven leadership record, plus knowledge of lean principles. Associates or a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams and people.
• Analytical mindset with ability to apply lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies.
• Tracks processes and prepares reports for management detailing quality actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitors team efficiency and ensures output meets expectations.
