Job summary

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for first shift (Mon–Thu, 6AM–4PM) to lead the production floor, ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and coordinate resources to meet daily goals and customer commitments. The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of comparable manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes on the production floor and manage staff.
• Coordinate resources to ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor performance with coaching as needed.
• Schedule overtime and collaborate with maintenance for preventive work.
• Support and enforce company safety programs and policies.
