The ideal candidate will have solid supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings and be available for off-shift hours, overtime, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in manufacturing settings.
• Willingness to work off-shift hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to train new staff and ensure adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of a production team to meet schedules, volume, costs, waste targets, and quality standards.
• Monitor production output quality and adjust tasks, timing, equipment setup, or inputs to meet specifications and optimize resources.
• Communicate production and material issues to staff and coordinate with support teams to resolve schedule impacts.
• Suggest improvements to materials, equipment, and procedures to optimize operations.
• Maintain schedules, performance, and operating method documentation.
