Dover Food Retail in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift to lead a team of skilled hourly staff in a highly automated environment.

You will hire and train maintenance staff, schedule work, evaluate performance, manage budgets, and ensure repairs are completed safely and on time. Strong knowledge of building systems, metal fabrication processes, and PLC/robotics experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Hires and trains maintenance department staff.
• Organizes and oversees schedules and work of maintenance staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations in a timely, constructive manner.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
