Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs equipment for manufacturing and facility needs.
• Provides leadership and coaching to maintenance associates.
• Trains personnel through regular coaching to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensures proper documentation of repairs, labor hours, and parts used.
• Upholds safe maintenance practices and safety training.
• Collaborates with management to address organizational needs and issues.
