EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment essential to manufacturing schedules. The role covers general facility maintenance, electrical work, PLC activities, and calibration to ensure continuous operation.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with related experience and proven ability to work with vendors and internal teams in a highly automated setting, while adhering to safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and one year related experience.
Experience in highly automated manufacturing and lean manufacturing/continuous flow operations.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using electrical schematics, multimeters, equipment manuals.
Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues by working remotely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsabilités

Performs preventative maintenance on facility equipment as outlined in schedule; troubleshoots and repairs maintenance equipment to maintain manufacturing schedules and/or needs.
Completes general facility maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical or PLC) as needed.
Disassembles, cleans, and repairs equipment mechanically and electrically.
Performs minor electronic repair, calibration, and alignment to equipment; ensures proper daily setup and calibration.
Enters and analyzes all maintenance data and tracks preventative maintenance in Megamations.
Aids the total quality facilitator in process improvements and supports safety requirements.
