Job summary

Conagra Brands in Denver seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead technicians, ensure production lines and facilities operate reliably, and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate work, manage preventive maintenance, and support safety and uptime objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with Operations, and the implementation of reliability programs to improve equipment performance and cost effectiveness. Occasional on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and electrical knowledge.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety, Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Affairs, and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
• Direct daily maintenance activities to support production needs, equipment reliability, and facility operations.
• Manage contractor services, maintenance systems, work order processes, and storeroom standards to support efficient maintenance operations.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve equipment effectiveness.
• Lead root cause analysis, problem-solving efforts, and preventive maintenance improvements to enhance plant performance.
• Partner with Operations and other cross-functional teams to drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the maintenance budget and ensure effective use of department resources.
