Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing, preferably in Inventory Control.
• Managerial attitude in coaching staff and reviewing staff's performance with eye and understanding for the different backgrounds of individuals without ignoring syncreon and customers business requirements.
• Proper knowledge of MS Office applications -particularly Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Attention for detail and the patience and persistency to execute thorough investigations in a demanding and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control team daily for efficiency.
• Document procedures and monitor KPIs and timecards.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth information flow.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Facilitate audits and other duties as assigned.
