Job summary

SUJA Life in Oceanside, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist (1st Shift) to maintain accurate counts of finished goods, ingredients, and packaging materials. You will perform daily inventory counts, organize warehouse areas, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

The role requires basic computer skills, proficiency in Excel, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with PPE and safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a big plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excel skills; basic Word and Outlook knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.
• English required; Spanish is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts with accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize warehouse areas and stage inventory for production needs.
• Transfer inventory between buildings and stage in designated areas.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Follow safety and quality protocols (SOP, SSOP, GMP, HACCP).
