Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support site Operations Manager by maintaining accurate inventory levels, reconciling records, and processing orders. This role requires attention to detail and strong Excel skills to manage data across the warehouse system.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, handling returns, and ensuring proper documentation while upholding food safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience; AA degree preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology.
• Skills in mathematics, Excel, and data handling are vital.
• Interpersonal and communication skills are important; accuracy and thoroughness required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to determine root causes.
• Pull and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory per customer requests and dispose or salvage as needed.
• Process returned shipments and ensure proper documentation is filed.
• Maintain inventory records, ensure proper writing and filing, and follow GMP and safety rules.
